I'm so glad to find your blog, Kaz! I just read your article, “Polyaesthetics and Mathematical Poetry.” What a cool concept.

The subtlety of human consciousness, both as it is expressed in mathematics and as it is expressed in art (or poetry), is fascinating, and the fact that you are bringing the two together is wonderful.

In my experience, all indications lead me to believe that the objective world described by mathematics and the subjective world described by art are one and the same. Your art form turns both math and poetry on their heads and forces each to partake of the other.

My favorite was the piece entitled, "Centered." Such a simple concept, yet it is so universal. I could see an infinite number of expressions of this one concept alone. In fact, your mathematical poetry itself finds the "center" between two seemingly opposite worlds.

Thank you for the inspiration. I am subscribing to your blog and have a feeling your insights will be creeping into my work.

Dear Todd,
Thank you so much for your comment. It is always nice to have someone who is in touch with both aesthetics make such a kind comment.

All the best!!
Kaz
